This project involves the construction of a neighborhood retail center that combines a range of commercial spaces, including two supermarkets (650m² and 1,000m²), three retail/food tenancies (580m², 580m², and 200m²), and a 2,000m² area dedicated to commercial and medical use. From an engineering perspective, the development requires meticulous planning to optimize space utilization and ensure seamless integration of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project also includes 200 car parking spaces, with careful consideration given to traffic flow, drainage, and accessibility, ensuring the site meets both functional and community needs effectively.
