It also involves investigating modifications to the existing ferry transfer pontoon to incorporate a pool, aiming to improve functionality and recreational appeal. The project will introduce large-scale shade structures for public use and develop extensive outdoor recreational spaces, further enriching the parkland and supporting a vibrant community environment.
