NARANGBA DEPOT

The project at Boundary Road, Narangba involves designing a new depot facility adjacent to a waste transfer station. This development will accommodate approximately 300 Council staff and aims to create a centralized MBRC Works Depot. The facility will include office accommodation, a fleet workshop, storage sheds, a refueling and wash-down area, and a laydown area. Additionally, it will feature staff amenities and associated infrastructure to support the efficient operation and management of Council services. This project is designed to enhance operational efficiency and centralize the Council's work activities in a modern, well-equipped facility.
