This project involves an invitation to provide structural engineering expertise for a proposed redevelopment, which includes a 23-level commercial office building with a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 42,000m², supported by 2 basement levels. The redevelopment will see the construction of a 40-storey commercial high-rise, designed to meet modern office requirements and enhance the urban landscape. This development will involve complex engineering solutions to ensure structural integrity, sustainability, and the seamless integration of the new building into the existing cityscape.
